Here we offer returns or shipping returns of the ALU Dog Box (FIX) at a special price. These were unfortunately returned because they were mostly too large or too small for use, or could not be delivered. These usually have minor signs of use or scratches and are therefore sold as special items.

How to determine the right size for your dog:

• Dog length: Tip of nose to tail + approx. 15 cm

• Dog height: Paw to tip of ears + approx. 15 cm

• Dog width: Box at least twice as wide as the dog
  

Important notes:

❌ Not suitable for aggressive or destructive dogs – The box serves as a retreat, not as a high-security cage
✅ No climbing possible due to purely vertical bars – safe & injury-free
