Yes. After shipping, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email, with which you can track your package at any time. If your delivery does not arrive within a week or no tracking data is provided, please contact us – our team will immediately check the shipping status.

Yes, of course. You can conveniently pay for your order via prepayment / bank transfer.
After completing the order, you will automatically receive a email with our bank details and your order number.

As soon as the amount has been received in our account, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.

Of course. You can return unused items within 30 days. As soon as the goods arrive with us, we will refund the purchase price in full. We only ask that you cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Just send us a email with your company information, your VAT ID number and your specific requirements – e.g., product types, quantities, or intended use.
We will then create a personalized, non-binding offer tailored to your company or your dog training school.
If desired, we also support you with larger orders, custom-made products, or individual club discounts.

We can of course issue orders for intra-community deliveries within the EU net (without VAT) – with a valid VAT ID number.

You can conveniently order through our online shop – just like all EU customers.
As soon as you enter your delivery address in Switzerland or Norway at checkout, all prices will automatically be displayed without VAT (net).
Your order will then be shipped from our European distribution center in Austria.
Upon import into your country, the shipping service provider (e.g., DHL, DPD, or the national postal service) will charge the applicable local VAT as well as any customs fees. You pay these directly upon delivery or online to the carrier.
