We offer Europe-wide shipping, including Switzerland and Norway, from our warehouse in A-7042 Antau, Austria. Shipping costs and conditions vary depending on the destination and order value. Special shipping conditions apply to bulky items (e.g., 3XL cages, large outdoor enclosures, agility equipment). Here are our current shipping terms:

2. Free Shipping and Shipping Cost Caps 😻
- Free Shipping: From an order value of just [79,- €] we offer free shipping to Germany, France, Italy, BENELUX, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Denmark, Poland & Austria. (Excluding bulky goods)
- Shipping Cost Cap: For orders to other countries, shipping costs are capped. Only a small flat-rate amount is charged for shipping, which varies depending on the destination country. The exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- This applies to all orders within Europe, including Switzerland and Norway.

3. Delivery Time 🏇
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Typically, delivery within the EU takes between 2 and 5 business days. For Great Britain and Norway, delivery may take 1-3 business days longer. For pallet shipping (bulky goods), the specified delivery time is stated in the product description.

We work with various shipping providers to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and reliably. These include DPD, GLS, DHL Freight, and other transport service providers.
5. Customs and Import Duties 💲
For deliveries to Switzerland or Norway, additional customs and import duties may apply, which must be borne by the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are levied by local customs authorities and import companies.
