Refund policy

(1) Right of return (according to §5g para. 2 KSchG):

As a CONSUMER, you have the right to return unused, original packaged, received goods without giving reasons within the return period by sending back the goods. The withdrawal period is one (1) month from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

In case of self-collection or shipment to third countries (countries outside the European Economic Union (EU)), the right of return does not apply.

(2) Consequences of return (according to §5g para. 2 KSchG):

If you as a CONSUMER withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the value of the goods, minus any indicated delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. If the product has already been used or is damaged, it is up to YORRX to refund a depreciated amount. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. As a CONSUMER, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
